1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services ("Services") provided by Eduhub Solutions LLC, a SHAMS Free Zone company ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications through various marketplaces including but not limited to:

• Chrome Web Store extensions

• Shopify applications

• Slack applications

• WordPress plugins

• Other productivity and business tools

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• One account per person or legal entity unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual)

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

4.2 Free Trials

• Some Services may offer free trials

• Credit card required for trials unless specified

• Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial ends

• Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges

4.3 Payment

• Payment processed via Stripe or marketplace payment systems

• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your account dashboard

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No partial refunds for unused time in billing period

5.2 Refund Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

• Renewals are non-refundable

• This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction

• For marketplace purchases, refunds are processed through that marketplace's billing system (e.g., Shopify Partner Dashboard for Shopify apps)

5.3 EU/UK Consumer Rights

By starting the service immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge we may retain a proportionate amount for the period used. Once fully supplied, you may lose the 14-day withdrawal right under EU/UK cooling-off regulations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the Services for illegal purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

• Resell or redistribute the Services without permission

• Use automated systems to access the Services beyond normal use

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Intellectual Property

• All Services and content remain our exclusive property

• You retain ownership of your data

• You grant us license to use your data solely to provide the Services

• Our Services may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission

8. Data and Privacy

• We process data according to our Privacy Policy

• You are responsible for the legality of data you process using our Services

• We implement industry-standard security measures

• Data portability available upon request

9. Service Level and Support

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• Support provided via email during business hours (UAE time)

• Premium support available for enterprise customers

• Planned maintenance communicated in advance when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for third-party services or marketplace issues

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduhub Solutions LLC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of any rights of another party

12. Modifications

• We may modify these Terms at any time

• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance

• Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of Terms

• Non-payment

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Request by law enforcement

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules (2022), by one arbitrator, with the seat and venue in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English.
