3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • First paid charge within 14 days of payment

  • Service not functioning as described

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

  • Charged despite cancelling during trial

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Renewals after the initial subscription period

  • Charges outside the 14-day window

  • Violations of Terms of Service

Note on Trials: If you start with a free trial, the first paid charge after the trial is still covered by the 14-day guarantee. Subsequent renewals are not refundable.
