Credit card required to start trial (reduces abuse)
Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

First paid charge within 14 days of payment
Service not functioning as described
Billing errors or duplicate charges
Charged despite cancelling during trial

NOT Eligible for Refund:

Renewals after the initial subscription period
Charges outside the 14-day window
Violations of Terms of Service
Bundle purchases where individual products were previously purchased

Note on Trials: If you start with a free trial, the first paid charge after the trial is still covered by the 14-day guarantee. Subsequent renewals are not refundable.

7. EU/UK Cooling-Off Rights

Important for EU/UK Consumers: By starting the service immediately upon purchase, you request immediate performance of the digital service. You acknowledge that we may retain a proportionate amount for services already provided, and once the service is fully supplied within the 14-day period, you may lose your statutory withdrawal right.
